Faith Recovery Project 2025 Association

Bringing Hope, Healing, and God’s Word to the Hurting

At Faith Recovery Project 2025 Association, our mission is simple but urgent — to place faith-based eReaders into the hands of those who need them most. Whether someone is in a detox center, halfway house, shelter, or recovery program, we believe the truth and hope found in Jesus Christ can transform lives forever.

Our eReaders come preloaded with:

  • Ascend: Struggles and Redemption by Glenn Roberts – a real-life journey of faith and recovery.

  • The King James Bible – God’s eternal Word.

  • Five powerful books on faith, addiction recovery, and mental health healing.

We’re not just handing out devices — we’re delivering hope, encouragement, and a chance at a new life.

What Is an E-Reader?

An e-reader is a small, lightweight device that looks like a thin tablet but is made for one purpose: reading books. Instead of carrying around heavy books, an e-reader can hold thousands of them in one place.

  • Easy to read: The screen is designed to look like paper, so it doesn’t strain your eyes like a phone or computer. You can even read in bright sunlight.

  • Portable: E-readers are light and slim—easy to slip into a bag or pocket.

  • Long battery life: Unlike phones, they last for weeks on a single charge.

  • Simple to use: Just turn it on, tap a title, and read. There are no ads, distractions, or complicated menus.

Why We Use Them in Recovery

For the people we serve—those in detox centers, halfway houses, and shelters—an e-reader is more than a gadget. It’s a lifeline:

  • It comes pre-loaded with the King James Bible, Ascend: Struggles and Redemption, and other powerful recovery books.

  • It gives people access to truth, encouragement, and hope right in their hands.

  • It works anywhere, with no need for internet.

Every e-reader you help us provide becomes a personal library of faith and recovery, carried in the pocket of someone fighting for a new life.

Why This Matters

Addiction, mental illness, and despair are gripping our communities. Many people feel forgotten, lost, and beyond help. But God says differently:

"Are ye not much better than they?" – Matthew 6:26 (KJV)

Every eReader is a lifeline — a personal library of truth and hope that can be read anywhere, anytime, without internet access.

How You Can Help

We rely on the generosity of individuals, churches, and community partners to make this work possible. You can support in three ways:

  1. Donate – Your gift directly funds eReaders and distribution.

  2. Partner – Sponsor a center, shelter, or recovery home.

  3. Share – Tell others about this ministry.

We are currently a registered non-profit but not yet a charity, so we cannot issue tax receipts.

Together, We Can Change Lives

By God’s grace, we can place His Word and powerful recovery testimonies directly into the hands of the hurting. Will you stand with us today?

“From the depths of addiction and despair, God lifted me into a life of freedom and purpose. My journey is living proof that no one is too far gone for His grace. Today, I share that hope so others can find the same redemption.”

“Ascend is my story — raw, real, and centered on the life-changing power of faith in Jesus Christ. It’s a testimony for anyone who feels broken, showing that no matter how dark the road, there is always a way back to hope.”

“Through the storms and valleys, the prayers and love of my family have been a steady anchor. They remind me daily that recovery is not a solo journey — it’s built on faith, love, and the people who refuse to give up on you.”
